Services

Where others replace, we measure.

A new control unit often costs many times the repair and then has to be coded and adapted. We find the fault and fix it on the original part.

DIAG

Auto electrical diagnostics

Warning lights, intermittent faults, bus communication errors: we do not stop at reading fault codes, we measure until the cause is clear.

  • Fault memory and live data via OBD
  • Bus analysis with oscilloscope
  • Faults that standard scan tools cannot explain
CODE

Vehicle coding and programming

After a control unit replacement, a retrofit or a software update: we code, program and adapt components so that everything works together again.

  • Control unit coding and adaptation
  • Software updates to manufacturer specification
  • Coding for retrofits
ECU

ECU diagnostics and repair

We test faulty engine, transmission and body control units at component level and repair them at the soldering bench instead of replacing them. Every unit is load-tested afterwards.

  • Fault analysis on the test bench
  • SMD rework on output stages and power supply
  • Test report with every unit
FAULT

Electrical fault finding

Short circuits, parasitic drains that flatten the battery overnight, corroded connectors and broken wires: we trace the fault through the harness to the exact spot.

  • Parasitic drain testing
  • Wiring and connector testing
  • Wiring harness repair

From the workbench

ECU repair at the bench

Open the housing, inspect the board under the microscope, replace faulty components, reseal the housing. Every unit then runs on the test bench before it goes back into the vehicle.

Process

From enquiry to tested unit

  1. EnquiryVehicle, control unit with part number and symptoms via the form or email.
  2. FindingsWe test the unit or vehicle and document the cause.
  3. QuoteYou get a fixed price for the repair before we continue.
  4. Repair and testComponent-level repair, then a function test on the bench.
  5. ReturnShipped back or collected, with a test report.
